My family decided to buy a water purifier for the house. There were many options available in the market for purifier but we decided to go for reputwed brand therefore we bought kent ro but after 5 months their is a leakage of water from tap. The KENT company has kept the cost of their products so high but the quality of the products are not upto the mark. I must say the service provided by the kent is good and came quickly. They replaced the tap but still this type of quality wasn’t expected from this brand.
