The most pathetic water purifier ever this company cheats its customers.... we have a Kent RO water purifier which does not work most of the time and to add to this is the service provided by them, they promise to come & repair it within 24 hrs but indeed would come to repair it after about 15 days...
And also if the unit is under warranty or if it is under the AMC contract which they insist on taking then its a run for the customers as the company waits for the contract term to get over and only then do they come for a repair...this cheap company promises on giving the best service but instead does nothing but cheats the customers in 100 ways possible...
SINCERE ADVICE DON’T INVEST YOUR MONEY IN THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY....IT’S NOTHING BUT A MISERY IF U INVEST YOU MONEY IT.
