I am writing this email to you to bring to your notice that, every single time a person from kent visits to fix, some item or the other is gone and we are asked to replace it.
Last week, we were asked to change the SV, and 2 days later it started making some noise and today we are asked to change the adapter. In the last one and half years 6 years. We are asked to change SNMP, adapter(This is the second time), SV, and bulb(3 times), filter, etc.
Finally, I have not entertained changing anything.
How can kent even sell products if not tested promptly?
