I can live in post graduate college hostel chamba where govt of himachal or college provide many facilities to us like tv mess refrigerator utensils bed and many more.Like wise they can also provide the kent RO purifier facility in hostel.so its be begin in 2013 and its be working fine for 1and 1/2 year so I cant be give its 1star because its maintain time time frame for durablity.
As we can used this in hostel but proper maintainanace is not avaliable there but in that condition its also be worrling fine till six month of its starting.After this there was two times problem occirs in this where we call to mechanic .
No doubt in its RO purifying technology which is quite up to mark but not much satisfactpry.As my opinion plz always choose the best no matter its little bit pricy.
WHICH FACILITY NOT INCLUDED
AS our hostel is in rural area so no costumer care facility or mechanic facility avaliable there
Also not a durable product looks like an a cheap company prodout but its indication of working syrong without any doubt.Water tatse is good feel the purity when we drink.
As still last they can provide the very small wire for plug or water pipes which I hates most for which they save money by providing small wire.
Tow times problem occurs in taht so at that time we should pay for this because colleg doesnt take any responsiblity of this.COMPANY SHOULD BE MADE strong costumer care but I dont like the kent ro product as I can experiance its works for almost two year in our jostel but now its a waste now colleg provide is the pure it company purifier which is not still started by us .I cannot like their cheap products quality but as the brand as not the product quality. I give 1/5.
