The worst product, in my corproate organisation in previous place of posting, kanker(Chhattisgarh) we had this product, N no. of times we had complained rearding the praduct, but this company doesn’t care, every time we got a reply part is not available, I would have never buyed this product, for the purchase of new water purifier, in my new place of posting durg(Chhattisgarh), I went to shop(Gopal TV and Fridge) and told him that I want water purifier, he showed me various products including kent product, I told him that I didn’t want the product, he told me that this product is best product, and regarding my previous organisations complaint when I told him he told that this will not happen here because in durg chhattisgarh you willl not encounter this problem, this problem was because there was no local service centre at kanker, and in durg only one water purifier comapnies service centre is there and that is kent and various other logical answers he told, I got convinced by his logic and purchased the same but when the problem arrived at this I need to wait for 10 days call N no of times to various service they are giving each other no and no solution really pathetic company, after around 10 days where I my dealer(because of dealer I purchased the product so after a weak I contacted the dealer and preasurised him) then also they took 3 more days total 10 days to close the complaint pathetic company, know also the product is not good, very bad product worst I could say all kent products
