Writing this here as I couldnt find appropriate product listed.
I bought a Kent Ozone purifier around October 2015 through Infibeam. We couldnt test it immediately and found the piece defective when tried using it after a month.
Repeated complaints to Kent elicited the same response that some one will attend within 48 hours. after about half a dozen complaints and numerous mails, telephone calls, FB posts, some one came and collected the defective piece in December first week, 2015.
No news from them after 2 months and I called them to remind in January last week that my product hasnt returned. The story still continues after the last promise a week back that the repaired product / replacement would be delivered in a week!
After this harrowing experience, Ive decided never to consider Kent for any of my requirements. Please do not trust this brand that doesnt have any customer service concept. If the product conks, you may just have to throw it off.
