Kent water purifiers are good. You can really go for this product because of many reasons. It is relatively cheaper than its contemporaries and provides better purification than others. Best part is the service I received from Kent. Truly the best! I wanted this purifier installed and had requested for it and the next day the installation in charge contacted us! By that evening, my purifier was installed and was ready for use. I did have a small issue with this purifier. The water storage space provided is made of plastic. I used to discharge a kind of plastic smell into the purified water which was very bad in the initial days of use. I did contact Kent for this and the service was again fantastic! It does discharge plastic smell into the water for few days which I believe might not be harmful to us. That is the reason the product looses one star.
