I am using Kent UV max which I brought 25/5/2012 in Guwahati. Kent do not have their own service centre in Guwahati and their dealer provides services. One dealer is fighting with other and they will not provide services if you don’t buy products from them.
If you have trust deficit with your dealer service you can not complain or take service from the other. You are forced take service from him. There is no use in complaining on Kent website, only waste of time. Thanks Kent for this nice experience and now I have decided to shift to another company’s purifier.
So I request any one from Guwahati, Assam reading this review, pl. think twice before buying Kent product here.
