Bought Kent Ultra UV water purifier from Flipkart, was delivered before time by Flipkart.
I had read negative reviews about service and product quality but my experience was different.
After receipt of product, contacted Kent customer care and they provided contact number for local service team. Local guys are very cooperative, the installation request was processed same day and purifier was installed in the afternoon same day.
The product is working fine with no issues.
Initial experience with Kent product quality and service was very nice. will update about performance after few months.
