I was brought kent cyclonic vaccum cleaner 1.5 years back and I was used hardly 2 times a month. Means approximately use of 36 days x 20 minutes.This is the life time of this product after this you can’t even do paid service. Because kent only focus on RO purifier I raised complaints throuh toll free ( 2 times ) after 2 days complaints will be closed automatically and says due to unserviceable location.( I am stay at Chennai metropolitan) . Then think how they will service other location. I had lesson that when we buy a product with exclusive professional brands only.
