OK Product, costly service, useless service person

I purchased this product looking at Hema Maliniji. It was wrong choice.


Product is fine, but it’s business model looks like loot money in service. Any visit of service person will not be less than 1000 rupees, yearly maintenance is not less than 3000 rupees.


Problem is service persons are not qualified and not able to diagnose problems properly and we have to pay for their lack of experience and stupidity. May be it’s company’s strategy to send such people. Even recently faced hooligan throwing away things as I refused to pay double the amount for candle filter.
