I went to Kerala last week thru "Keralaholidays.com" & my experience was genuinely "miserable".
First thing, The Vehicle(they provided Tata Indigo) condition was pathetic, on top of that The Driver they provided couldn’t speak "English/Hindi" even after sending them multiple request before travel about the same.
He(Driver) was driving car with such a poor speed even cyclewala was overtaking us. B’coz of his driving speed it took 6 hours to reach to Munnar from Cochin.
Driver was not aware of all the sightseeing places, he misguided us and showed all junk places. he was even not aware of good eating places.
Hotels provided by Keralaholidays was really not worth.
I stayed in Deep-woods resorts in Munnar, Deep-wood is really deep inside the jungle, every time it took more than 1 hours to reach Munnar town/sightseeing places due to pathetic road conditions. There was nothing special about stay it was really very ordinary feel.
The Houseboat they provided "Butterfly" was very very poor/dirty very clumsy and more imp, whatever they showed us in the websight, it wasn’t there. So I felt like cheated . After spending close to 50K, I felt really disappointed & frustrated.
