I did a big mistake by trusting these people. I book a bus from mumbai to goa with these people. They informed me that its a booked and gave me my ticket and seat number. After arriving at the bus stop the bus conductor tells me that the the seat was never booked and all the seats were taken and the ticket number isnot valid, I call them and they kept giving me different numbers to call on, after an hour I finally spoke to somone who informed me that he can book another bus for mw but its honma be the next day. Well! I cant do that can i. I demanded for a refund and took a different bus. And finally after 12 days I got my money back. Big scammers ans poor service.
