Reading the other reviews on Kesineni, one thing clearly emerges: Kesineni cares two hoots for Customer Service. Whether in their Lakdi Ka Pul office or in their buses, nobody(and I really mean NOBODY) has been trained to communicate politely or properly.
They actually seems to believe that they are doing you a huge favour by letting you board their hallowed buses. And I’m not talking about a "don’t-give-a-damn" attitude. I am talking about downright rudeness.
Oh yes, the buses are great. no credit to Kesineni for that. full marks to Volvo. But hey, Kesineni. you aren’t selling buses, you are offering a bus service. The operative word here is "Service" - something that you seem to know nothing about!
