I couldn’t resist sharing my experience with Kesineni travels after today experience. This is not first time I have face problems with Kesineni travels. Some times they cancel a particular boarding point and they wont even inform the passengers; they canceled a service from Hyderabad to Shirdi without prior intimation. Unfortunately I had book tickets (due to late booking other travels were not available) for my wife and mother-in-law from Bangalore to Hyderabad and I have selected Jalahalli as the boarding point.
As I know about these rascals; So, have I asked my wife to call them and get confirmation. They told her that due to some problem (these people always have problems) they won’t stop at Jalahalli and asked her to go to Hebbal. The idiot told her that the bus will reach Hebbal stop at 10 PM. After waiting some time she called to that number at around 11 PM and that idiot told her that the bus will arrive in 10 mins the bus didn’t arrive even after 30 mins, so she called again and this time that rascal was very rash to her and he cut the call abruptly. You can understand how it feel like 2 ladies waiting for bus at bus stop where nobody to assist them. I was furious when she called me and told all this. I called the help line and some idiot picked-up the call and after listening to me he told me that he will call me back in 10 mins. I never got a call from that idiot since then. Guys be careful while go for Kesineni travels.
