KFC - multiple bad experiences at KFC, Gomtinagar, Lko
I was big KFC fan. Recently KFC, Gomtinagar, Lko opened. I visited a number of times and noticed following issues.
a. the taste standard is much much lower than other KFC
b. they have a cheap way of welcome customers.their boys scream at top of their voice from counter."welcome to KFC sir".it feels so stupid as whenever they scream everyone looks at who has arrived.
c. when u order, they try to enforce certain options.their priority is to finish what they have.they never give importance to customer’s desired menu.
d. their complete menu is never available. today I visited and I asked for menu card. a relatively senior man handed over the menu card and later when I went to same man to place my order, he told me many options like veg items r not available. it was frustrating to go back to family and again decide what to order. he shud have told me when giving menu card regarding whats available and whats not.
e. during my last visit.when giving me my order.veg items fell down on floor. the boy picked them up from floor infront of me and handed it back in direction of kitchen instead of throwing in dustbin. he asked me to have a seat till he get me my order. within minutes he brought my ordered items. I am suspicious if he really made fresh items so quick. today I told them that I am not enjoying visiting them and walked away.and will never visit them again. I might visit another KFC at another part of town. I suggest readers to avoid visiting KFC, Gomtinagar, Lko or they might also face similar issues. I have observed them over 2 to 3 months and they have not improved in customer care. I am not giving them anymore opportunity. k
