Kentucky Fried Chicken made it’s reputation selling buckets of fried chicken and biscuits. They have expanded their menus considerably over the past ten years and they have added luncheon specials -sandwiches with side order of potato wedges and a soda-as well as chicken pies and a line of roasted chicken parts. Apparently each shop chooses what it will carry as the roasted chicken isn’t available in many areas.
The food is hot and quick. There are many sides now including some vegetables. There are some spicy wings or boneless strips on special at times that my husband enjoys.
Bottom line-most of the food is fried and/or presalted so this isn’t food that should be eaten often. For a quick family meal on a night when you’re running between activities it isn’t a bad choice once in awhile.
The kids and the husband will love it!
