I ordered chicken rice bowl and friends bucket while I found worms in a piece of chicken in the friends bucket. It is the most shameful situation for the KFC hati bagan that they are presenting such poisonous quality food. The worms were not alive but it was very dirty to see below the crispy layer. When I asked them about this thank good they took it seriously but there might be many such poisonous pieces in their stock and customers were consuming without seeing that.
It is equivalent to poisonous and unhygienic. Customer service is so far good to provide me new order and they were sorry for that but this is really a bad and dirty experience for me. I would not recommend KFC to any one due to its unhygienic quality.
