Visited this outlet on 13th april. Not at all upto expectations. First they are like try this try that which is okay but the point is they are like I am adding dip sauce ptherwise you cannot eat it. I was like no man I can eat it without dip sauce I don’t need it so the cashier started making faces. I don’t understand why can’t they simply understand that I don’t want.! And after that I ordered 4 longers. 2 non-veg longer and 2 veg longer and to my surprise they served it totally chilled! I was like wtf man its totally cold and tge bread too wasn’t fresh at all. there is pizza hut by its side one must try that rather than kfc howrah station outlet.
After a while one of my friend ordered 4 lime soda and specified them not to add ice to it but they acted like they never heard so we told them and they nodded and the outcome was that they added ice not 2or 3 cubes they added 5cubes of ice. Lime soda tasted like water shit! No sense at all! Never going to visit this outlet.
Had to ask for ketchup which was to be given by them coz they never gave.
Wearing a smile and just greeting good afternoon makes no sense when you don’t know how to treat customers.
Waste of money. Total waste! . want cold food you can definitely go ortherwise visit KFC avani mall outlet.
