KFC the most pathetic food chain of the India. Customer service experience is terrible. We called to place the order but the guy named Nitesh Kumar spoke so harsh, he was so rude. He didn’t take the order saying we have closed delivering to that area that is DLF corporate park, DLF Phase 3 Gurgaon.
Whereas just 1 day ago they delivered one of our order at the same place. We called at 0124 4674444. When we asked to make us speak to the manager he denied and hung up.
It shows the attitude of this food chain. May be this is the way they work but let me tell you this is India and in India we say with Rajeev_Vermact not with a harsh tone of denial. I will not recommend any of my friend, relatives to order from KFC. I had a sheer disappointment and KFC was a real time let down.
