I have been there many times. I found that they have a delayed service. Quality of krushers are not as good as in other branches.
Quality of chicken is good. Taste of food is good ( generally but not always because they ignore what they are serving.) On my friend’s birthday we went there to have a good meal. But took chicken bucket. In which one piece was bad.( may be old stalk) . But the good part is I went to them and showed them the piece they apologised and replaced.
So I have two points:
1) The workers must be aware of what they are giving. Old stalks must get changed!
2) quality of krushers can be improved.
Other than these people can visit Rockline mall KFC, it will be a good experience!
