I am usually not a fan of KFC, but really like the outlet at Kumar Pacific Mall in Swargate, Pune, as compared to most of the KFC outlets. The reason I like this one is because I have observed that the taste of KFC differs from one outlet to another. While it is really terrible at some outlets, the taste and freshness of chicken fast food served here is really good. Although being a part of a mall, KFC at swargate is a small mall on its own with great ambience and seating arrangement.
You can sit here in peace and relish some very juicy chicken fingers. I absolutely loved the chicken boneless strips. They are very well fried and crispy. Have been to this outlet ona couple of occassions on my trip to Pune and have never ever been disappointed. The other item I prefer having out here is Chicken Popcorn. They are extremely crunchy and delicious. The other items you can try are the burgers and rice bowls.
The veggies is something I refrain from trying, so won’t really be able to comment on that. The price is just the same as all KFC outlets in India. Don’t go for the crushers here, as they aren’t that great. The staff is polite for a change, unlike other KFC franchise. Do give it a try.
