Firstly its a KFC outlet so let me talk about the food. I eat here regularly , but sometimes they forget to add mayo and sometimes they give you different items than listed in the combos.Secondly it is located in a busy part of guwahati but inside it is peaceful. Earlier it used to have two floors but now its downsized to only one floor so less seating is available as well as lesser privacy.Coming to customer service. You have to wait in a long queue to oder and most of the times it will take you longer to order than for them to prepare the food as it is mostly pre made. Sometimes it feels like they give you stale food but still edible and not expected.Finally its no value for money .Some items are really overpriced. These are my viewpoints about this outlet.
