I purchased this Khaitan cooler in March this year. And I have been using this for 2 months now in my office. This cooler first of all is not at all strong. The Quality of the material used for making this is very poor and gives you very cheap kind of feeling. This comes with 2 rotor motors but still it is not efficient to cool a small office.’
Although the water consumption is lot less as compared to other products in market but cooling is also compromised due to this. In the same price you can purchase many other cooler in the market having high build quality and good cooling capacity. The noise level is also high as compared to other products like symphony or Bajaj.
In terms of reliability and satisfaction the cooler’s build quality is poor and the fiber/plastic used for manufacturing is very soft thus vulnerable to break very easily with less cooling. So not that much reliable for me.
The price of massive Rs. 12000 is too much for a product like this that cant even cool a small office and have poor quality of materials used for building it.
So I recommend you guys not to use it as it is such a waste of money for you. you can go for so many other brands if you like to buy a cooler.
