STORY LINE:
THIS IS A TRUE STORY OF AN IPS OFFICER. Set in the backdrop of 1990’s in Rajasthan, continuous robberies take place with brutal murders and loot. The police department doesn’t have any clue that who were the robbers and how to cope up with them. Then Deputy Superintendent of Police Dheeraj ( Karthi ) takes the charge. Dheeraj as a Police Officer never compromises in crucial cases. The rest of the story revolves around the point that how the DSP has tried to solve the case with very few clues he had and without any support of the Other police personnel. Did he solve the case and got the Roberts and who were they? That’s the rest of the story.
POSITIVE ASPECTS:
SCREENPLAY - director Vinoth has handled the screenplay in a very well manner.
Thrilling narration of the movie is another best thing about this.
The power packed action scenes was superb.
Most of the scenes will impress you in such a way that you will be hooked to the seat.
The interval bang was one of the best scenes we have ever seen recently. It will thrill you a lot.
The bus chasing scene in the second half hour makes you feel goosbumps.
The minute details included in the movie will enhance the quality of the movie.

NEGATIVE POINTS:
It takes a lot of time to get into the main story. It disappoints a bit in the beginning.
The romantic track between Rakul and Karthi boss you a little bit in the middle of the movie.
The songs were not that great most of the song must have been avoided, you cannot enjoy them at any cost.
Comedy and entertainment seeking audience will be disappointed as the movie will be going on in a serious tone.
The violence and bloodshed may disturb the audience.
MUSIC:
Music composed by Gibran was awesome, the background music was superb but the songs were not that great, over all the background music has elevated the movie to the next level. Music director has done a better job.
Technical aspects:
Cameraman Suriyan has done a fabulous job in showcasing the environment and scenario in the 1990’s. Editing was fine. Production values were better. Telugu dubbing was also very decent as we could enjoy the Dubbing also.
Direction:
Director H. Vinoth has done a fabulous job, the case he has taken while showcasing the minute details in the movie and the way he has manage the story The Way He has picturize the story is definitely a good piece of work. With superb and gripping action scenes he has killed the concentration of the audience. He never deviated from the main theme of the story and he maintains the floor of the action and thrill.
Acting:
Karthi and the character of Dheeraj pretty fine and performing his best. Abhimanyu Singh in the negative role has impress the audience. Rakul Preet did a cute performance. All other actors have done their best.
Overall if you want to have a thrilling action adventure for your evening then you must watch this as this is going to Give You Goosebumps and entertain you in a very serious tone. If you are a big fan of police movies then you shouldn’t miss this. But if you are an entertainment like then definitely this movie is not for you.
