I purchased my XCD 125 CC DTSI ( KA03K7634) bike on 20/06/2008 from Khivraj Motors, Bangalore and right from first day the self start knob and motor is not working.
I was assured that after first free service , the knob will be replaced free of cost by service engineer Prasanna (Mobile :9886991065) and Rajesh Bharonda, Manager Khivraj Motors, bangalore ( mobile: 9739048565) .
Now, even after 6 month of purchase and 3 free services, the knob is faulty and has not been replaced and I have to use Kickstart to start my bike. I have a problem with my right knee and this problem has increased in last 6 months, due to problematic self start mechanism
Every time I go to Khivraj Motors, staff behaves very rudely with me and promise to call back in 3 days , which they never do. This has been going every since I purchased the bike and am very frustrated with kind of service from Khivraj Motors
In short, dont ever buy a bike from khivraj motors.
