Great car, great features.but the connectivity is zero star, or maybe minus 10 stars.
the uvo simple doesnt connect.the maps dont get updated for 4 months.and everytime you’ask kia’.it says cannot connect server.
I have wasted almost 40 lts of petrol in last 3 months to update the software etc.it just goest o 18 or 27% and buffers forever.
somany visits to the dealer, the dealership guys came on home visit but problem is not sorted.
Vij the worst network in the country probably gave them the sim for free.and thats why we have got a free 3 year subscriptions.
this is the only area where they cheated the customer.
