During my regular net surfing and browsing through deal websites, I saw a deal for kidloo.com at DealsAndYou.com wherein you need to pay Rs 49 to get Rs. 500 discount voucher to buy products worth Rs. 1000.
I bought the deal and consecutively made a purchase at https://kidloo.com on 6th May, 2012. Order number 6333. I paid for the order using net banking. Got an email from them confirming the order and with the status "Processing". Also, I had purchased two items in that order.
Thereafter one week passed and I did not hear anything from them. I then wrote an email to them on 11th May, 2012 to which no one replied. I tried calling the customer support number but it was constantly showing engaged.
I was successful in calling them up on 13th May, 2012. One guy picked up and after looking at the details for the order, he told me that since one of the items is out of stock and hence they did not ship the order. I told them to ship at least the item which was available. To that they told me that they don’t practice that! That guy told me to wait for 2-3 days and that my order will be shipped positively by then.
Now one more week passed and still no updates/emails from them. Then I again called them up on 18th May, 2012 and again a guy picked up the call. This time he said that my order will be positively shipped by end-of-day.
Its been 18 days now and I have still not heard anything from them or any updates from them regarding my order. Later when I tried to access their website it displayed "Website Under Maintenance". Fearing that there might have been a fraud committed, I tried to call their customer support again. This time a lady picked up and she didn’t even check the order details and simply said that she will call back and update me. That call never happened.
Today, I am still waiting for order haplessly:(
I guess you might have understood the kind of customer service you can expect from kidloo.com if you make any purchase with them and how trustworthy or committed these guys are.
