Very bad experience wile booking ticket Online. I had booked FULL DAY ticket for 2 children and 2 adults on 4th may 12:30 pm for the 5th may visit date.


However after the booking the ticket was showing date of 4th may only for booking and visit day. However I came to know the issue at night while printing the ticket.I tried to call the KidZania support but it was closed at 6 pm only. Now my sisters and their 2 children went the next day to KidZania, but they were refused entry by Manager.


Even after accepting our mistake and requesting them to allow entry, the manager plainly refused. So totally Rs. 3600 got wasted due to an issue with your online portal. and what about frustration and pain caused to the children?


I know in this world we still have choice of manual intervention. The manager could have agreed to this and allowed my sisters and their 2 children, But he did not at all accepted any of our requests and was very blunt and harsh in Talking.


I feel it to be very rude and stubborn  behavior by your staff.It will only worsen your image in public.If you can please train your Manager how to behave with ladies and children.I urge parents not to visit such places where money is more valuable than people.


Will not recommend this place at all to anyone in India.
