There is one company called Kilmist Infotech at indranagar, Bangalore.Beware of joining that The company gives ads in the web, newspaper and various other portals stating that if one does well in internship programme he/she will be absorbed into the company.
EVERYTHING IS TOTALLY LIES.......................Here the story begins..The companyhas two HR persons, namely Deepa and manisha who are the real liers..They are just into minting lakhs of rupees from the students who join into the programme.The company trainer Anand and other madam ask the students to sit in front of projector screen and display the videos for various subjects..viz..C#, SQL server, .NET.
The lecture will be taken by a foreigner in the video who just tells like a big story without any ending and the ppl just don’t even let the students to pause in between the play of video. The doubts go completely unanswered by the faculty of kilmist during the session.
Till now they haven’t taken anyone from internship though some ppl have faired extremely well during the tests.After clearing the tests(3 tests) during internship and 3 after(this wouldn’t have been mentioned at the time of joining), the candidate is ready to enter the interview..Finally the selection is 0%. .The money paid can atleast be donated to the charity people or orphanages or any other needy purposes*
A**nd one more thing that I forgot to mention .The faculty fellows(Mr.Anand and the other lady) had made a comment on the last day of our internship programme by stating that one needs to keep on applying thru the web portals for the placements and not to rely completely on Kilmist .After all why has the student paid so much for the course yaar!!
And mr.Anand said that joining call centers and tech support is better as it fetches a good salary.*The HR person Deepa told on the last day as of how our resume must be presented while applying for other companies thru off campus and she said and she said and... that’s end.Finally, by indirect means they made us the SCAPEGOATS(Real Bakras!!!!)..This was the worst experience and many of our friends too got frustrated. THUS IF ONE WANTS TO SPOIL CAREER OR LOOSE CONFIDENCE GO AHEAD!!!
