Kinetic will never listen to their customers and they do not have any sympathy for them either. They do not have any option but to stop the production of vehicle and to launch a new vehicle within a year or two.
Strategy:
Some companies have similar strategies to sell their products. Like Godrej soaps and kinetic vehicles.(Can any one list the soap products launched by the godrej in last two decades?)Launch a new product, heavy expenditure on advertisements, use the people’s sympathy, sell their products and launch a new product before the old one start giving trouble. Stop producing the old one.
Company is same, manufacturing unit is same, technology is same, workers are same, and everything is same except the product in new wrapper with new name.
Production of a two wheeler is not a joke and most of the reputed companies which have the confidence in their product have very few models in their list(variants may be more). What kinetic have in their list are:
