Story of Harressed King Club Gold Member

LIARS , UNETHICAL , ZERO COMMITMENT LEVEL , ALL FRILLS NOT SUBSTANCE AIRLINE IS KINGFISHER.


THEY CONFIRM REWARD TKT THEN REFUSE TO HONOR BECAUSE OF HIGH FARE THEY GET.


NO REPLY FROM THEM THEIR DEAF & DUMB ATTITUDE WILL EVEN MAKE MUMMIES SHY.


I WOULD SUGGEST YOU ALL TO FLY THIS AIRLINE ONLY WHEN IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT AND YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.


MY 81OOO MILE POINTS ARE ALL WASTE. I HAVE BURNED UPGRADE VOUCHERS ANYWAYS.


FOLLOWING IS MY STORY:


Following is the sequence of my ordeal with your esteemed airline:


# 1st Oct. Morning I try to book my reward ticket for


Delhi-Kullu-Delhi sector but was refused.


# 1st Oct. Noon I tweet for not getting same and wondering what to do


with my 810000 mileage points....


# 1st Oct. Evening I get call from king club executive Shafa who takes


my booking details and promisees to call.


# 1st Oct. Evening close to 6pm Shafa tells that 8th Oct for Delhi


sector is not available bit if I m ok with 12th Oct. Delhi - Kullu and


20th Oct. Killy - Delhi he will get the booking done on my reward


points. I tell him I need to check with my wife and call me back on 10


minutes.


1st Oct. I check with my wife and convince her. Good show by Shafa as


he calls back and confirms. I tell him to charge my card for taxes his


reply was that it’s already 6pm an will call next day to complete


formalities. They work on holidays also. I was delighted with the


prompt service.


2nd Oct. No call received from Shafa and I also got busy.


3rd Oct. Got my hotel booked in Manali.


4th Oct no call Nd I was busy with Monday meetings.


5th Oct jittery me spoke to king club executive and he tells me that


my bookings are confirmed and I tell him to mail me same and also


connect


Me to Shafa as I wanted to thank him. Call got disconnected due to long waiting.


5th Oct. Evening get call from Shafa same person but different


personality. He refuses to accept booking commitment the smartly tells


me that he can accommodate only 2 pax knowing that we family of three.


Disgusting....


This was it. I was dumbstruck.


I m Jet Platinum member and Indian Airlines Silver member. Being


customer of your competition also I can now truly say Jet is way way


ahead in customer service tha you guys and with recent experience even


ic will beat you.


May I request some one in your team to please look into the matter and


extend his help.


I m seeking either of the two:

  1. Some one genuine person to help me get booming confirmed.

Or

  1. Transfer my 81000 points back to my American Express Platinum Card

card account.


I request immediate reply. I m not only going to tweet to media bit


also mentally prepared to auction my points for charity if I do not


get your reply.


Thank you for messing my holiday ( which Shafa knows) I was taking


after 2 years.
