I flew 4 times and everytime was a good experience , it is easy to book , now specially as travel agents have access to kingfisher on gds decent fares , i have heard that the business class product is excellent and would want to fly and check out myself .they have good fares and now cover all the business destinations , also have the super pass system , a must for corporate travellers who fly out frequently.
They are giving stiff competition to jet airways also a good frequent flyer programme , and surprise gifts on certain festivals await customers and on special days , even on flight at checkin counters redefined business class travel , and also very active at all industry events and social community issues in a short period have relaly edged out competition and I believe are acquiring more aircraft
