Staff at Check in Callous to say the least

Not going to make this long and boring. My story in a nutshell. We reached 5 mins after the stipulated 45 mins prior check in time for the Mum-Bglr flight.


Reason: Confusion over the terminals


Staff response: We’re sorry but we cannot do anything. We are very strict about our timings. You will need to book another flight. Now the problem with this was, my grand mom had expired that very day and was the reason we were on our way to bangalore. Conveyed this to the staff.


Their Response: Same as above with the added "If we give you leverage we’d have to give others too!"


Still wondering why I gave kingfisher a bad rating??
