Well I just thought I could pen a few lines of my experience with Kingfisher.I had booked my tickets on line for the 15th of May, the fight was at 9.30 am but later I was informed that my fight would take-off only around 11.30 am. I was truly disappointed.
As my hotel in Munnar was already booked and I felt that by reaching Munnar at around 5.p.m I would loose my entire day. I spoke to the concerned person that we should be compensated, but the lady couldnt do much as she informed me that the rescheduling was done by the Airline.
The hospitality was good. Except that when I had to disembark at my destination it is the practice of the staff to give gifts to the kids on board. Well my kids did not get the gift, reason best known to them. Whereas the other kids did get them.
Even though they were much bigger in age. My kids were truly disappointed. I wish they do not repeat this next time, as kids do feel hurt., and we as parents cannot reason out with them.
