BIG ARROGANCE & FACADE of customer care

I had a terribly bad experience on Del - Chandigharh. A stewardess spilled bowl of curry over me. More than a stuttering ’sorry’ and very limited to no meaningful assistance during flight (some tissues handed) was provided.


The groundstaff took my shirt to a supposedly dry-cleaning where it returned totally ruined after all colors were completely bleached out... No support or any form of compensation for the damage done by KingFisher.


The customer care took almost two weeks to respond to my email - and only then I got a standard version of "sorry and we will train our staff better" but nothing that was of any meaning to me. Kingfisher provides an extremely poor customer care. There is no way to get in contact with a ’so-called’ customer service rep. All is handled by emails. The In-flight entertainment did also not work as the monitor was broken from it’s support staff.


Many give high words for serving hot food on a 45min flight.... but then the staff should first of all be able to manage it and the Company take responsibility for it’s staff;s errors. Nothing like that I have experienced. Will never fly KingFisher again.
