My experience with Kingfisher comes to mind when I travelled from Mumbai to London. It was really an experience of a life time. I was seriously happy with the services they provided.The airhostesses were very efficient and smart. They just couldn’t seem to do enough for you. The entertainment system was better than Virgins. Food was also excellent with great choice and quality. One could see that the selection process and the training period really hone the crew. I work in the leisure industry in the UK and am aware of how we have to provide great service. So I was highly impressed with theirs.
Kingfisher airline is the only five star category carrier in India and the only airline which offer services like: a) attendants that receive passengers on arrival on the outside of the airport where a person is helped with his luggage and is escorted by the attendant through the check in process. b) Check in is a hassle free process where they don’t crib with the weight of your luggage, the most flexible people in this regard. c) You don’t have to pay extra for your choice of seats of the emergency exit seats for a better leg space. d) The most efficient staff in terms of hospitality. e) In flight entertainment where services offered like audio/video which actually work, f) most satisfactory meals, fresh and nice in taste, g) clean and new aircrafts
Kingfisher puts in quite a show for the entertainment. Every seat being equipped with in-flight entertainment and offers audio and video on demand. Kingfisher is a five star luxury brand and thus from my exp it is a journey of a lifetime.
