Very bad guestcare when making chages to ticket

When making changes to reservation made on net, it was really unbelievable a lot of work! According to the web description, it seems that changes can be made through e-mail.


But in reality, only by phone possible and just to reach the right no, I had to make 4 calls which each operater told me to call.


One staff Neha Pathak whom I contacted by e-mail did nothing for me so I asked to speak to anybody else or to a manager. but since then no replied was made to me. Neha Pathak is who ?


Unbelivable staff quality!


So Please be careful!


If something happens, this ailine is completely Indian and you can hardly do what you want to do and you waste your time and money because the ailine steals them from you !


I recommend you to avoid using this airline, if you worry about it.
