I dont have an incident to rate Kingfisher as the best in class. But each flight in Kingfisher strengthened the belief in me that Kingfisher Airlines will become, one day, India’s flag ship carrier.
I have no doubt on this.

The Pen and the puch are just wonderful.
Introduction by the Chairman Mr. Mallya himself was an ultimate experience for me.
He said he himself recruited each of his crew members, and then I looked around..wow..I saw the expert in him. Hats off to him. Btw, later on I saw many of his photos surrounded by his "exquisite selection"
I was bowled over when none other than the Babuji girl appeared in the montiro for "safety" class!!
That was truly innovative...
Finally he says "write to me personally" This statement requires a lot of courage. Think about the
customer service personnel we talk to every day ..can you spot even the managers in your city?
The chairman’s passion for flying is truly palpable in each of the flight I took. Once again hats off to him. Way to go!!
