This airlines is such a joke...please do not use them especially for domestic flights... the service is so poor.. run like a bus station.. I traveled whilst in India domestically as well as long haul aswell and each flight was delayed sometimes by 6 hours.
No one knows what is going..please do not use this airline you will regret it.. I have complained but am being totally ignored as they cannot answer my questions... should be renamed KINGSHITTER AIRLINES
