Problem: Poor Customer Service(Felt like Im beggar), Poor Delivery Experience, Poor First Service
· I bought my first Car as WagonR 1.5 months back. I asked dealers for Genuine Maruti Accessories as Central Locking. They told me to take delivery of Car and afterward theyll collect my car and make everything pending Done. I agreed. Still my Central Locking is Pending! Theyve even not provided me with Final invoice.
Even my car is roaming across many cities without RTO Passing. I asked 4-5 times and the Sales guy Mr.XYZ ignored and even forgot to call me all the times. Upon asking again and again they cut my call. Still my car is without RTO Registration and number.
At the time of delivery, I asked to set the clutch and accelerator in proper way as they were so lose. They told me that well get it done in your first free service. Even breaks were not upto the mark, so I asked to fix them as well. Recently I received my car, and what I found was none of the things suggested by me were fixed!
Im very much disappointed with overall experience. I even raise the flag to Customer Service Manager and he ignored it so diplomatically.
Now Ive two options with me, to approach you to get involve and solve my issue, or Ill have to go the legal way.
Im hoping that top management of MarutiSuzuki look into this and make some code of conduct or guidelines for their Dealers so that people like me who go to buy Car with joy dont get disappointed at this extend.
I bought 2 bikes before buying this car and they’ve been giving me great treatment. I don’t know why India’s largest selling car company treating their customers like this. If I would have got clue of this, I might have bought some other car.
I strongly recommend people reading this review not to go for Kiran Motors, Im not sure but Amar Cars saw me get amount of courtesy while approaching me and inviting me to buy Car.
My Next car would definitely not the MarutiSuzuki, as they people dont require customer anymore.
