This is I have placed an order ID No. 7492090 on 15.03.2025 at 11.39 a.m. with delivery slot on same day i.e. 15.03.2025 between 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Regret to inform you that my order was never delivered. The customer service is so useless that they never called me or bothered to inform me regarding this at any time. I called customer service nearly 6-7 times on 15.03.2025 from 9.00 p.m. till 11.00 p.m.
Every time I have been told that the order will be delivered within 15 minutes, which ultimately never delivered.
Customer service never bothered to call or message me to inform regarding delay and finally non delivery of my order. This is really disgusting as part of my order was for preparation of food during night. We literally went to sleep without proper food because of non delivery of order.
If Customer Service had bothered to inform me regarding this delay issue in advance, I would have arranged my food items from another app. This is the WORST ever service I have come across in recent times.
On 16.03.2025 morning, when again I called customer service to check status of my order, they simply informed me that your yesterdays order can not be delivered now and you need to reorder today. Its really shameful and disgusting with no apology and regret from their side. Surprisingly, in App now they have amended status of my order as Delivered which NEVER delivered to me.
We are ordering food, grocery and other items from so many other apps also but we never faced such kind of 3rd grade / horrible service from any of them. Even if there is delay of 5 minutes, the other apps call, WhatsApp and send message for apology and give correct info regarding status of delay and delivery. They also compensate the customers double by way of cash credit to the account as a token of compensation.
