I have closely seen this company for the last 2+ years and I agree to some extent things have started to change. This is one of the companies in India which provides a good platform for many youngsters from engineering, IT, life sciences field and initial salary offered is also competitive. Promotion cycles are also good. For someone who is just at the initial point of their career, I feel this is the best place to start! You learn many different things and there are no limits if you explore new fields.
