I read some reviews and most of them were negative. I am a frequent flyer . I travel every month back and forth to the international airport. I stay in Khopoli. Please find my observations.
1)I always do prior booking and the person with my name on a placard is waiting for me at the airport.
2) They always give priority to the reserved passengers and do not overload. Means only 4 passengers per vehicle. Most of the time there are only 2 to 3 or sometimes even one passenger but they never take outside passengers.
3) If I use private car I will have to pay a minimum rent of 1500+ approximately 200 rs Toll. I just pay 650 & forget all the headache. Plus I travel in AC. If I rent AC car it will cost me more then 2500 rs.
4) I have never used this for going to airport hence cannot comment about the pick up but for me a drop on the express highway is ok.
5) The drivers are generally well mannered.
6) The only problem is sometimes KK subcontracts the cars and hence they try to drive very slowly even at the speeds of 60 -70 KMPH on the express highway to save diesel which is boring after a long flight journey.
So dear friends it is my honest opinion that we should not defame a good service but really be happy over what we have and appreciate the service. Let’s see the positive points instead of negative points.
