Hi All,
Well Most of you ppl reading this review might have seen a bubbly girl with a sober look on on Sony Television. Well the lady in question is Kkusum -yes the household name till TRP ratings went Low !! The serial is an attempt to portray womanhood in all it’s hardships and the strong will to succeed in life. Well the attempt is merely pathetic- it shows KKusum being married to a person who is in love with someone else - First let me ask you all how many girls are there who are going to marry someone blindly just on the basis of their parent’s wishes - secondly how many parents are there who are goin to marry off their daughter for just the heck of .. Still going ahead Kkusum makes an attempt to settle herself with her inlaws and her husband - mend his wrong ways - to be precise - but at alas she fails - and then as you know it another guy and the same old story- Sony Television seems to have 2 Ladies -KKususm & Heena on the same pedestal looking at life in a similar fashion. A way that I feel is showing the society in the wrong sense. There are not so many heartbreaks happening in real life as is being shown on television and Kkusum is fast becoming a Commerical product surviving on our emotional Apathy for the distress -rather than showing the true character we see in a Woman. Hope Sony television is able to tranform KKusum into a Woman of substance - not only in being gutsy and brave in her approach -but also being able to live life with a smile from within.
