I have been servicing my car at KLN Ekkaduthangal(guindy) for 3 years now. Every time, they are making some fault in the service and charge too much for spares. I came to know that they sub- contract the jobs to other sides and making big margin. Spare cost also higher compare to Sundaram motor! How? Both are chervolet dealer, why KLN charge more? any one explain? I suspect they indulge in swapping old parts for new.
KLN charge more than the MRP of the spare. Will commerical tax offcier take legal action against KLN fraud?
