I took and passed my PRINCE2 practitioner certification exam in June 2017 but still have not received my certification neither any information about PDU certificate they promise.
Their commitment of dedicated customer support on their website is completely FALSE. Usually they don’t answer calls and never reply to emails. All my batch-mates have been chasing them for it but no good. Rarely when someone gets lucky to talk to someone there, the only reply they get is that "you will surely receive your certification by 25th". That 25th never comes.
I rated it Average only because the trainer alligned to us was really good.
Rest you will never get any support from them for any queries.
I would NOT recommend anyone paying Knowledgewoods for any certification.
Do NOT fall for their FAKE promises and commitments.
Their SALES team makes commitments that their support CANNOT fulfill.
It seems they are just duping people of their hard earned money but they should know that their business will soon fall if they do not improve.
