Paid for their course online this year. Pathetic customer service, nobody responds to your call. It takes forever to refund, they dont even have a track of how much you have paid and what is the status of refund.
Here is how it went:
They cancelled the classes first time - did not inform us, then apologized and asked for re-schedule
They cancelled the second time also - again without informing, we had to travel to the location only to find out that it is cancelled
We requested refund and nothing happened for more than a month
Had to write to their CEO Mohit sharma for refund, finally someone calls up to update - still no refund
Their customer care team falsely claims that refund is already processed through cheque, we did not receive anything by them
Finally we get a refund after minimum 20 calls only to realize that the refund amount is lower than what we paid
The process of hundred follow-ups start again, their employees also say that it is tough for them to get our refund
Most of the times - nobody would pick your call, there is no Customer care number as such. Some random people will call without taking ownership of what has happened. We felt as if we were begging for someone elses money.
In this process, we registered with one of their competitors and classes were also finished.
