I woked with kochar company around 3 months under indiamart process of that and it was not good experience of mine. It is outbound call centre we have made call to buy and get information deeply which will further send to supplier as heppen at market place just like that. Its count as one lead even every one have stressfull target of 70-90leads in 8hours shift which will be possible after making 700-800calls in a day but matter was not finished here; afterwards; target was increasing day by day. I can’t forget TL shouting at there.
