Kodak say Share moments, share life and with this camera, u can do just that.
Taking pics is a simple with its 2.0megapixel camera, but it takes a little time for the image to be displayed on the 1.6 display at the rear. The display is good and u can even zoom in and out while the image is still being displayed. The camera doesnt have any optical zoom, though it has a 3x digital zoom, but dont expect to be using it much.
The inbuilt memory is a paltry 8mb with pics being stored ( with the easyshare software ) in the JPEG (Joint Photographics Expert Group). U wont take many pics with that small memory. It however accepts an SD card, so there is some consolance for u.
The menu option is simple and the button layout is good. U can get to adjust the quality of the pics taken. The lower the quality, the higher number of pics u can take. Frankly speaking, I didnt see any difference between the extreme of settings, so u might as well keep in the least quality mode. U can record small video clips using this camera, but u wont get any sound. Cmon, how much wud u expect from a entry level camera. The next thing u will ask is for it to play mp3 !!!
U can connect the camera to ur computer, using the supplied USB cable. U will however have to download the software as it is not supplied. And dont expect to dish out a lot of magic with the software, be satisfied with the little ( or more ) it offers.
